Equimec Plus Tape for Horses is a comprehensive dewormer containing ivermectin and praziquantel, designed to treat and control a wide range of parasites. It targets roundworms, including benzimidazole-resistant small strongyles, tapeworms, bots, and skin lesions caused by Habronema, Draschia, and Onchocerca species. Effective against a variety of worms such as large strongyles, small strongyles, pinworms, ascarids, hairworms, large mouth stomach worms, neck threadworms, bots, lungworms, and intestinal threadworms, Equimec Plus Tape ensures thorough protection. Suitable for horses of all ages, including pregnant mares and stallions without affecting fertility, this treatment is easy to administer with its user-friendly trigger applicator.

• Administer orally using a syringe calibrated for 1 mL per 40 kg bodyweight.
• This dosage provides 0.2 mg/kg Ivermectin and 2.5 mg/kg Praziquantel.
• The entire syringe treats one 600 kg horse.
• Each marking on the syringe’s plunger dispenses 2.5 g of paste, enough for 100 kg bodyweight.
• Adjust the dosage knob based on the horse’s weight.
• Insert the syringe into the gap between the horse’s front and back teeth.
• Depress the plunger to the required mark, delivering the paste to the back of the tongue.
• Immediately lift the horse’s head to ensure the complete ingestion of the dose.

Ivermectin and Praziquantel

• Avoid contaminating dams, waterways, or drains with this product or its used container.
• Do not administer less than 28 days before the intended slaughter for human consumption.
• Harmful if swallowed. Take precautions to avoid ingestion.
• May cause eye and skin irritation. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. If contact occurs, flush immediately with water.
• Wash hands thoroughly after use to prevent accidental exposure.
• Dispose of empty syringe and packaging by wrapping them in paper and placing them in the garbage.
