What are your Shipping Charges?

We charge a flat rate of 4.84 GBP (5.99 USD approx.) shipping fee for all orders.

Orders placed are dispatched on the same day or the next working day.

How will I receive order confirmation email?

Once you place an order, you will receive an email from us confirming your order with an order number.

Sometimes due to security setting of your email box this order confirmation email is bounced, pl. do check your settings and junk folders. If you do not receive an email immediately after placing an order, please contact us to get your order number.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the order status by accessing your account online on our site or by emailing us at support@discountpetcare.com to check the status. Please be informed that it may take up to 2 to 3 days, after the order is shipped, for the tracking numbers to be reflected in our tracking system.

How can I cancel or edit my order?

Orders which are NOT shipped can be cancelled or edited; however, once the order has been shipped it cannot be edited or cancelled. If you no longer require that order, please check with us and we can authorise a return.

In case you have made an error while making an online order please send us an email at support@discountpetcare.com If the order has not been shipped, we would be able to cancel or edit.

What cards you accept for payments

Currently, we accept Visa and Master cards only.

How will get my refund?

Once we have agreed for a refund, we will process the refund within 2-3 working days. Once we action the refund, it takes about 3-5 working days for you to receive the refund into the cards you had paid initially.

We can only refund the card by which you paid.

Why are your prices so low?

We are an online business and hence our overheads are much lower than a high street store. Since our customer base is large we buy large quantities from our suppliers/manufacturers and hence get better discounts which we are able to pass to our valued customers.

How can I complain?

We promise to offer our customer a great service; however, sometimes things can go wrong. If you think that the product and service was not up to your satisfaction pl. do write to our support team at support@discountpetcare.com we will try to respond as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

We take security of your information very seriously. We use top end technology security to make sure your information with us is protected.

My credit card statement shows a "Cash Advance Fee" Or "International Transaction Fee" when payment was made to you?

Due to the current financial crunch banks are trying to find ways to charge their customers. Very few of the banks recognize your transaction as international transaction and charge 1% or 2% of your order value. Please remember this is neither our processor nor bank which charges this fee. It's your credit card issuing bank which charges you and we do not have any control over such charges. This happens very occasionally.

If you are unsure whether your credit card company imposes such a fee please refer your contracts fine print with your bank or you may wish to contact them before you order with us.

Is my credit card information secured?

We have highest security while processing your orders online. Your credit card information is encrypted using top end technology available and the transmitted for order processing. Be assured that we are PCI compliant and our site is secured by top end technology.
