What is Seresto Collar?

Seresto Collar is an incredible, long-lasting treatment designed to protect dogs from external parasites including fleas and ticks. This non-greasy and odorless collar is made with a unique polymer matrix technology that ensures a consistent release of ingredients in a low-dose, protecting your dog for up to 8 months.With Flumethrin and Imidacloprid as active ingredients, this collar kills and repels fleas before they can lay eggs, kills flea larvae and lice. Furthermore, it kills fleas that may transmit tapeworm infections.

Seresto Collar is water-resistant and repels and kills deer ticks, American dog ticks, Brown dog ticks, and lone star ticks. Suitable for dogs and puppies from 7 weeks of age, it also kills ticks that may transmit Lyme disease.

How Does Seresto Collar Work?

Seresto Collar is made with a unique polymer matrix technology that enables a consistent low-dose release of active ingredients Flumethrin and Imidacloprid. Once applied, the powerful ingredients diffuse into the lipid layer of the dog's skin and fur, covering the dog completely within 24 hours. The collar then kills re-infesting fleas within 2 hours of contact and continues to protect your dog for up to 8 months.

• Take the collar out of the package
• Unroll it and make sure there are no plastic connectors left inside
• Insert the end of the collar into the buckle and adjust it around the dog’s neck
• Ensure that it’s not too tight or too loose; leaving space for two fingers to comfortably fit between the skin and the collar is ideal
• Cut the excess collar not more than 1 inch (2 cm) beyond the loops (unless it’s on a growing puppy
• Check on the collar periodically and adjust as needed
