Fleas

• Kills & repels fleas before they lay eggs.
• Kills fleas that may transmit tapeworm infections, Bartonellosis and Rickettsiosis.
• Helps reduce the risk of further flea infestations by killing new fleas.
• Kills fleas and helps reduce the risk of flea allergy dermatitis (FAD) or flea bite hypersensitivity (FBH).

Ticks

• Kills & repels ticks, including Black-legged ticks, Brown dog ticks, Lone Star ticks and American dog ticks.
• Kills ticks that may transmit Lyme disease, anaplasmosis and other tick-borne diseases.
• Prevents new tick infestations.

Active Ingredients

Imidacloprid 10%, Flumethrin 4.5%

Indicated for

Dogs 7 weeks of age or older, weighing over 18 lbs.

• Remove the Seresto collar from the protective bag when you are ready to use it.
• Unroll the collar, ensuring no remnants from the plastic connectors are left.
• Insert the end of the collar through the buckle.
• Fasten the collar around your dog's neck, leaving a gap of two fingers between the collar and the dog's neck.
• Pull the excess part of the collar through the loop(s).
• Cut the excess length, leaving approximately 1 inch (2 cm) beyond the loops.
• If you are using the collar on a growing puppy, do not cut the excess length.
• Check the collar from time to time and adjust when necessary.
• For uninterrupted protection, ensure the dog wears the collar continuously.
• Replace it with a new collar every 8 months.
• Seresto Collar features a unique release mechanism. If your dog is trapped, the dog's own strength is enough to widen and quickly release the collar.

Flumethrin and Imidacloprid

This collar is for external use on dogs only. Keep it in the protective bag and in the outer packaging. Wash your hands after handling the collar. For your dog’s comfort, ensure the collar fits snugly but not too tightly and check the collar fit regularly. For dogs that swim once per month or more, the protection duration is reduced to five months for flea control and 7 months for tick control.

Precautions

Consult a veterinarian before using it on aged, debilitated, pregnant, breeding, or nursing dogs. Do not bathe your dog more than once a month to maintain 8-month efficacy. Talk to a vet before using it together with your dog's other treatments to prevent drug interactions.

If you are sensitive to any of the active ingredients, do not come into contact with the collar. Avoid attaching a leash to the collar, as this may cause breakage. The collar contains small parts and can be a choking hazard. Keep it away from children.

Contraindications

The Seresto dog collar is not indicated for use on puppies under 7 weeks of age. Do not use it on other animals or humans.

Storage Instructions

Store the collar in its original, unopened container. Keep it in a cool, dry place. Do not contaminate water, food or feed by storage or disposal. Avoid using the container for food storage or other purposes.
