Heartgard Plus for Small Dogs is an oral monthly heartworm preventive for puppies and dogs from 6 weeks of age, weighing up to 25 lbs. These easy-to-administer, beef-flavored chewables contain Ivermectin and Pyrantel Pamoate and effectively eliminate the tissue stage of heartworm larvae, preventing heartworm disease. Heartgard Plus Blue is also effective in the treatment and control of roundworms and hookworms.

Heartgard Plus Blue is formulated with Ivermectin (68 Mcg) and Pyrantel Pamoate (57 Mg). This powerful combination prevents heartworm disease by eliminating the tissue stage of heartworm larvae and effectively treats and controls roundworms and hookworms.

• Offer the first dose within 30 days after the dog’s first exposure to mosquitoes.

• Offer the last dose within 30 days after the dog’s last exposure to mosquitoes.

• Make sure that the dog consumes the entire dose
• Store between 68°F - 77°F (20°C - 25°C), away from direct sunlight
