Heartgard Plus for Medium Dogs is an oral monthly heartworm preventive for dogs at least 6 weeks of age, weighing between 26 and 50 lbs. These easy-to-administer, beef-flavored chewables contain Ivermectin and Pyrantel Pamoate and effectively eliminate the tissue stage of heartworm larvae, preventing heartworm disease. Heartgard Plus Green is also effective in the treatment and control of roundworms and hookworms.

Heartgard Plus Green – Ivermectin (136 Mcg), Pyrantel Pamoate (114 Mg)

Heartgard Plus Blue is formulated with Ivermectin (136 Mcg) and Pyrantel Pamoate (114 Mg). This powerful combination prevents heartworm disease by eliminating the tissue stage of heartworm larvae and effectively treats and controls roundworms and hookworms.

• Before starting the treatment, all dogs must be tested for existing heartworm infections
• Make sure that the dog consumes the entire dose
• Store between 68°F - 77°F (20°C - 25°C), away from direct sunlight
