Fleas

• Kills adult fleas before they can lay eggs.
• Indicated for the treatment and prevention of flea infestations.
• Helps reduce the signs of flea allergy dermatitis by eliminating fleas.
• Helps reduce the risk of flea tapeworm (Dipylidium caninum) infections by killing fleas.

Ticks

• Treats & controls tick infestations of American dog ticks, black-legged ticks, brown dog ticks, Gulf Coast ticks, Lone Star ticks, & Asian longhorned ticks.

Heartworms

• Indicated for the prevention of heartworm disease caused by Dirofilaria immitis.

Intestinal worms

Dogs 8 weeks of age or older, weighing between 44.1 and 88.0 lbs.

• Weigh your dog and choose the pack that closely matches their weight.
• This chew should be administered orally, as a single dose, once every month. It can be administered with or without food.
• When administering with food, observe your dog closely and ensure the dog takes the complete dose.
• When using this chew for flea, tick and flea tapeworm protection, you can begin treatment with Simparica Trio at any time of the year, but continue throughout the year without interruption.
• To prevent heartworm disease, administer Simparica Trio all year. Begin treatment at least within one month after the dog's first exposure to mosquitoes and continue until at least one month after the dog's last seasonal exposure.
• If you forget administering a dose, give one dose immediately and resume the monthly schedule.

Sarolaner, Moxidectin, and Pyrantel

You should keep these chews out of the reach of children, uninformed people and pets. If ingested accidentally, consult a physician. Wash your hands thoroughly after handling the treatment.

Field studies referenced in the product label suggest that these chews can be used with vaccines, anthelmintics, antimicrobials, analgesics, antiprotozoals, anesthetic agents and NSAIDs without any side effects.

Precautions

Test your dog for existing heartworms before beginning the treatment with Simparica Trio. Infected dogs should be treated to remove adult heartworms at the discretion of a veterinarian.

The safe use of this flea, tick and worm treatment has not been evaluated in breeding, lactating and pregnant dogs. It is indicated you use these chews with caution in dogs with a history of seizures or other neurologic disorders. Consult a vet before use.

Contraindications

Simparica Trio is not indicated for puppies and dogs under 8 weeks of age or below 2.8 lbs of body weight. It is not for use in humans or any other animal species.
