Revolution Plus for Cats Orange is a broad-spectrum treatment that helps protect your feline friends from both external and internal parasites. Building on over 25 years of proven effectiveness of Revolution (selamectin), it offers more comprehensive protection. With just one application, this monthly topical cat treatment provides effective defense against all common parasites. It comes in a non-greasy, small-volume and quick-drying spot-on applicator for easy administration. When used as indicated, Revolution Plus Spot-on for Medium Cats protects against:

Fleas

• Kills adult fleas.
• Indicated for the treatment & prevention of flea infestations.
• Indicated for the prevention of flea tapeworm (Dipylidium caninum) infections as a direct result of killing fleas that transmit tapeworm infections on the treated cat.

Ticks

• Treats and controls tick infestations of lone star tick, Gulf Coast tick, American dog tick & black-legged tick.

Heartworms

• Prevents heartworm disease caused by Dirofilaria immitis.

Intestinal worms

• Treats & controls roundworm (Toxocara cati) and hookworm (Ancylostoma tubaeforme) infections.

Mites

• Treats and controls ear mite (Otodectes cynotis) infestations.

Active Ingredients

Selamectin 30 mg, Sarolaner 5.0 mg

Indicated for

Cats 8 weeks of age or older, weighing between 5.5 and 11.0 lbs.

• Weigh your cat and select the pack that closely matches its weight.
• Take an applicator out of the pack.
• Break the seal of the applicator by firmly pressing its cap down.
• A clicking sound will confirm the breaking of the seal. Remove the cap to check the tip of the applicator is open.
• Part your cat's hair at the base of the neck on its back between the shoulder blades until the skin is visible and place the tip of the applicator on its skin.
• Empty the entire contents of the applicator by squeezing it multiple times onto the cat's skin in one spot.
• Drag the applicator away from the liquid, keeping it squeezed and lift to remove.
• Do not massage the liquid into the cat's skin.
• To prevent heartworm disease, apply monthly year-round or at least within one month after your cat's first exposure to mosquitoes and monthly thereafter until the end of the mosquito season.

Dosage Guide:

Selamectin and Sarolaner

Revolution Plus is for external use on kittens and cats only. Keep it out of the reach of children, pets and uninformed people. According to field studies, this treatment can be used with antibacterials, cestocidal anthelmintics, sedatives, anesthetics, vaccines, opioid analgesics, corticosteroids and NSAIDs.

Precautions

Cats 6 months of age or older may be tested for existing heartworm infections before beginning treatment with Revolution Plus after vet recommendation. If you have a known hypersensitivity to any of the active ingredients, talk to your physician before applying it to your cat.

Avoid contact with the application site until four hours after applying. Use this topical treatment with caution in cats with a history of seizures or neurologic disorders. The safety of Revolution Plus has not been evaluated in pregnant, breeding or lactating cats. Consult a vet before use.

This is a flammable treatment. Keep it away from heat, open flames, sparks or other sources of ignition.

Contraindications

Revolution Plus is not indicated for use in kittens under 8 weeks of age or less than 2.8 lbs of body weight. Do not use it in humans or animal species other than cats.
