Fleas

• Kills adult fleas and treats & prevents flea infestations.
• Helps control newly acquired adult fleas and reduces the risk of flea allergy dermatitis
• Effective flea control helps prevent flea tapeworm infestations.
• Rapid onset helps eliminate newly acquired fleas before they can lay eggs.

Ticks

• Treats & controls brown dog tick & Asian longhorned tick infestations.

Heartworms

• Prevents heartworm disease caused by Dirofilaria immitis.

Intestinal worms

• Treats & controls roundworms (Toxocara canis and Toxascaris leonina), hookworms (Ancylostoma caninum and A. ceylanicum) & whipworms (Trichuris vulpis).

Mange & mites

• Treats & controls demodectic mange, sarcoptic mange and ear mite infestations.

Active Ingredients

Afoxolaner 150 mg, Milbemycin oxime 30 mg

Indicated for

Dogs 8 weeks of age or older, weighing between 66 and 132 lbs.

• Inside-out coverage: Protects dogs from both internal and external parasites.
• All-in-one protection: One chew safeguards from fleas, ticks, intestinal worms, heartworm disease, mange and mites.
• Treat-like experience: Palatable beef-flavored chew dogs love and accept without fuss.
• Long-lasting: Each dose lasts for 30 days, providing month-long protection.
• Convenient dosing: If not taken directly, it can be given with food.
• Suit puppies too: Recommended for puppies and dogs from 8 weeks.

• Weigh your dog and select the appropriate pack.
• It should be administered orally once every month, on or about the same day each month.
• You can begin your dog's treatment with it at any time of the year.
• It can be given directly into the dog's mouth or with a small amount of food, ensuring the complete dose is taken. If you suspect that part of the dose is not taken, give a second dose.
• When you miss a dose, give a dose immediately and resume the regular dosing schedule.
• If switching from another heartworm preventive, give the first dose of NexGard Spectra within 30 days of the last dose of the previous preventive.
• Talk to a veterinarian prior to starting a heartworm preventive program.

Afoxolaner, Milbemycin Oxime

It can be used in breeding, pregnant, or lactating female dogs. As this is an oral treatment, there are no restrictions on bathing and swimming before or after administration. Avoid opening the inner pouch until you are ready to administer the treatment. You should keep these chews out of reach of children and pets. Wash your hands thoroughly using soap and water after handling.

Precautions

The safety of these chews in breeding male dogs has not been evaluated. It should be used with caution in dogs with a history of seizures or neurologic disorders. In such cases, consult a veterinarian before use.

Contraindications

It is not suitable for use on puppies under 8 weeks of age or weighing less than 4.4 lbs. Do not use this treatment in humans.
