NexGard Combo for Cats 5.5 – 16.5 lbs is a comprehensive protection, formulated to protect your feline friends from common parasites. It features a unique combination of three active ingredients - esafoxolaner, eprinomectin and praziquantel - to help safeguard against both internal and external parasites. This topical parasite protection for cats comes in an easy-to-apply spot-on applicator, eliminating the need to give your pet a pill. One application every month helps protect cats against:

Fleas

• Kills adult fleas before they can lay eggs.
• Helps treat & prevent flea infestations.
• Helps improve the signs of flea allergy dermatitis by killing fleas.

Ticks

• Treats & controls tick infestations of black-legged tick & lone star tick.

Heartworms

• Indicated for the prevention of heartworm disease caused by Dirofilaria immitis.

Intestinal worms

• Helps treat & control infections of roundworms, hookworms & tapeworms.

Active Ingredients

Esafoxolaner 10.8 mg, Eprinomectin 3.6 mg, Praziquantel 74.7 mg

Indicated for

Cats aged 8 weeks or older, weighing between 5.5 and 16.5 lbs.

• Weigh your cat to select the pack that closely matches your cat's weight.
• Open the pack only when you are ready to use it.
• This treatment should be applied topically once every month.
• Before applying the treatment, ensure the cat is dry.
• Use scissors to cut the blister along the dotted line and pull the lid away.
• Remove the tube from its pack and hold it upright. Slightly pull back the plunger. Twist and pull off the cap.
• Part the cat's hair between the base of the skull and the shoulder blades, in the midline of the neck, until the skin is visible.
• Place the tip of the tube on the skin and apply the entire contents directly onto the cat's skin in one spot.
• Apply it to an area where your cat cannot lick.
• If a second application is required, do it in the same manner in the same area.
• To protect from flea infestations, treatment with NexGard Combo may begin at any time of year.
• To prevent heartworm disease, apply once every month, throughout the year. Begin using it at least one month before your cat's first expected exposure to mosquitoes, followed by every month until at least three months after the cat's last seasonal exposure.
• When a dose is missed, administer one dose immediately and resume the monthly schedule.
• If switching from another heartworm preventive, apply the first dose of NexGard Combo within one month of the last dose of the previous treatment.
• Cats older than six months may be tested for existing heartworms before using NexGard Combo after consulting a vet. It can be used in heartworm-positive cats to prevent further infections.

Esafoxolaner, Eprinomectin, Praziquantel

Do not contact the application area for four hours or until it is dry visibly. Ensure your cat's skin is dry when applying. You should keep this product in its original packaging until ready to use.

This topical treatment is for external use on cats only. Wash your hands thoroughly after handling the product. Keep this product out of reach of children, pets and uninformed people.

Precautions

This treatment should be used with caution in cats with a history of seizures or neurologic disorders. The safety of this topical has not been completely evaluated in pregnant, breeding or lactating cats.

Contraindications

Do not administer it orally. It is not indicated for use in humans. This treatment is not indicated for use in kittens under 8 weeks of age or less than 1.8 lbs of body weight.

Storage Instructions

Store at 59°–86°F (15°–30° C). Brief periods up to 104°F (40° C) are permitted. Protect this treatment from light.
