Frontline Plus for Cats is a leading treatment formulated to protect your feline friends from common external parasites. The formula combines two active ingredients for dual-action defense, making it both fast-acting and long-lasting. Additionally, it is waterproof and remains effective after bathing or water immersion after 24 hours. When used as indicated, Frontline Plus monthly cat treatment protects against:

Fleas

• Kills fleas.
• Prevents all flea life stages from developing by killing flea eggs, larvae and pupae.
• Stops existing flea infestations and reduces the risk of new infestations from establishing by controlling fleas.
• Reduces the risk of flea allergy dermatitis by killing fleas.

Ticks

• Kills all life stages of ticks (larva, nymph and adult).
• Effective against brown dog ticks, black-legged (deer) ticks, American dog ticks and lone star ticks.

• Weigh your cat and select the pack that closely matches their weight.
• Take one applicator out of its pack.
• Open the applicator by holding it upright with the foil side toward you and snapping its tip.
• Part your cat's hair between its shoulder blades until the skin is visible. Place the tip of the applicator just above the skin and squeeze it multiple times.
• Apply the entire contents of the applicator in a single spot.
• Apply the liquid directly onto the cat's skin, not on top of its hair coat.
• Do not contact the treated cat until the application is dry.

Precautions

Do not allow children or anyone to come in contact with the application site until it is dry. Avoid contact with your cat's eyes or mouth. Do not allow the cat to ingest the topical solution. Avoid storing or using it near heat or open flame.

Contraindications

Do not administer it orally. This treatment is not indicated for kittens younger than 8 weeks of age or weighing less than 1.5 lbs. It is not indicated for use in humans. Avoid contaminating water, food or feed during storage and disposal.
